We'll be opening the grounds to the public for our SECOND ANNUAL Yard Sale and community Day! We'll be hosting the event to benefit Ephrata Area Social Services and Pioneer Fire Co.

Would you like to sell some things here with us? Please call 717-471-8359 (YOU MUST REGISTER!) or stop by the storage office during office hours!
We'll be allowing vendors to setup and sell yard sale type products - tenants who already have a unit here pay nothing, and other spaces are available for a small donation depending on size of unit needed. All proceeds will go to EASS and Pioneer Fire Co.

WHILE WE BRING ALL THIS TO YOU FREE OF CHARGE - WE WOULD VERY MUCH APPRECIATE YOUR SUPPORT FOR EPHRATA AREA SOCIAL SERVICES AND PIONEER FIRE CO. WE'LL BE TAKING DONATIONS ALL DAY
The Details:
-Yard Sale Starts at 7:00 and ends at 3:00 or as people sell out
-gate opens 6 am for setup day of event
-may begin setup on Friday may 21st at 9 am, must be out by 5 PM.
-gate will reopen at 6 on the 22nd
-Spaces are for rent to the public to sell items for a fee - call office for info
-Units must be cleaned out by 5 pm or the unit must be rented
-Vendors MUST register prior to event, even current units renters (we just need to know you are coming)
-Parking is limited out front, we'll do our best to get you where you need to go, no cars allowed on site during yard sale event - parking will be in the grass field behind the storage facility - please plan to park here, its only a short walk to the facility
-YOU MUST fill out a contract to be a vendor and we WILL REQUIRE a credit card up front, no exceptions. Spaces are first come first serve!
-Cash only for donation - no personal checks or credit cards
